Welcome to Kinohimitsu’s Subscription Program! Our subscription service is designed to offer you convenience, savings, and uninterrupted access to your favorite products. Please read the following terms carefully before subscribing.
1. Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription and can manage it anytime through your account portal: Manage Subscription.
✔ Pause or Restart – Temporarily stop your subscription and resume when needed.
✔ Cancel Anytime – You can cancel before your next billing cycle.
✔ Change Subscription Plan – Switch between different subscription delivery frequency options.
2. Managing Your Products
You can modify the products in your subscription as per your needs.
✔ Add or Remove Products – Customize your order by adding or removing items.
✔ Adjust Quantities – Increase or decrease the number of products in your subscription.
Note: Any changes made to your subscription, such as product selection, quantity, or billing frequency, will take effect in your next billing cycle.
3. Billing & Payments
Subscription billing is automated to ensure you never run out of your essentials.
✔ Skip Next Cycle – Need a break? Skip a billing cycle if you have extra stock.
✔ Change Billing Date – Adjust your billing date for better convenience.
✔ Billing Charges – Your subscription will be charged automatically based on your selected billing cycle.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
✔ No Refunds or Exchanges – Subscription orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment has been processed. If you fail to cancel before the next billing cycle, you will still be charged, and your order will be processed as usual.

- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Phone Number
- Any Previous Order Number (if available)
Our support team will confirm the cancellation once processed.
